How To: Use EPGP (dkp reloaded)

NOTE: This guide does NOT refer to EPGP Lootmaster, but to EPGP (dkp reloaded)

Under normal circumstance you should only need to use the features directly from epgp for recurring Ep awards and awards for Guild Bank donations.  With automatic boss tracking enabled and loot tracking via EpGp lootmaster you should not need to use these options except to fix any errors or mistakes that have been made.

First to bring up the epgp interface type “/epgp” and press enter.  You should be presented with the following panel.  This panel dispalys the members of your current raid or entire guild if you are not in a raid and shows Ep, Gp, and Pr values for each.

The first thing to be aware of here is the Log button if you made any mistake, awarded the wrong amount of Ep, or awarded Gp to wrong person.  You can Undo them from the Log but only if it was the last action in the Log.  In the following example Log, pressing the Undo button would undo the “-7EP (Decay 30%) to Nafaser”.  Also if there are several raids active the log will attempt to track changes made by both raid leaders.

If you the change you need to make can not be made from the Log you will need to make them manually.  To manually award EP or to start recurring EP awards, Press the “Mass EP Award” button.  For Recurring awards select the raid from the “EP Reason” dropdown menu and enter a value of 200 for all progression raids and 100 for all others.  Then use the up and down arrows to set the time to 30m.  Finally click the box next to “Recurring” this will start the award time, you do not click the “Award EP” as this will just award the current value to all raid members.  To stop the recurring award simply un-check the box next to “Recurring”.
For other EP Awards such as Boss down or wipe award for Progression select other from “EP Reason” drop down menu and fill in the boss name in the “Other” field.  Assign a value for the award in the “Value” box.  This should be 1000 for all top tier bosses (T10) or 500 for all second tier bosses (T9).   In the case of wipe awards these should be 250 per attempt up to 4 attempts and only on top tier (T10) progression bosses.

Now if you need to make changes to or award Gp you access this control simple clicking on a name in the list.  From this panel you can award Gp by selecting the item from the “Gp Reason” menu.  This menu is made from all recently seen epic items.  If the item you want does not appear clicking on a chat or other link for the item will add it.  The value will automatically be set to the Gp for this item, but as you can see from the example values here can be either positive or negative (-) in the event you awarded Gp to the wrong person. Or an item was traded after it was awarded.  You will also note that EP can be assigned to an individual form this panel as well this is general only used for award for Guild bank donations.
