Raiding Experience: My raiding experience involves most raids before ICC. I have been through Naxx 10/25, EoE 25, OS 10/25, ULD 10 (7 bosses or so).

Most relevant UI mods you use for raiding:
Grid, Deadly boss mods, Omen, Decursive, and X-perl frames for bigger unit frames.

I don't have any archived shots of my UI, and recently I have not been in any raids.

1. What server times are you available?
I am usually available 5p-1 am server time unless I am working or other circumstances I can explain later.

2. Do you have disconnection issues during raids?
Nope

3. Are you able and willing to talk on ventrilo if needed?
Yes and Yes.

4. What consumables do you normally bring for every raid?
Usually Spellpower Elixirs and Elixirs of Mighty Thoughts.
Food I use Firecracker Salmon. I carry 4 stacks of candles minimum as well as one full stack of mana potions.

5. If this is not your first guild, please let us know what guild you are coming from and why you decided to quit.
I am coming back from a hiatus away from the game. I do not recall being in a guild before my absence, but I am now back to the game.

6. After reviewing the Forge Manifesto, please list reasons ANY guild member could placed on probation.
Insubordination, a raid attendance less than 50%

7. Can you take tough criticism? The guild leaders and class leads will criticize your gear, spec, and play style.

Tough criticism is the best way to understand areas of improvement.

8. (Optional) PvP prowess translates very well over to raiding, and we do have members interested in pvp. Give a brief description of your involvement and experience in this aspect of the game. A response or lack of a response will not count against you, but it can help you.

I understand you need good healers, and I define myself as such. I read up on boss strats before raids start and if a strategy seems complicated I find videos to watch as well. I am very quick and willing to learn fights, and will not give up after dying.

Having played side by side with a Holy Priest for the last couple of years, I can say with some confidence that every thing here looks to be in order. Your gear is only slightly behind our current progression and with the new random dungeon system this should be quite easy to reslove.
